• Tiromitzin with Anthotiro cheese «Mastelo» (traditional recipe from Pontos, appetizer for 6 persons)

    Ingredients
    • 1Anthotiro cheese «Mastelo» 700gr
    •1 bunch of parsley
    •1 coffee cup olive oil
    •½ coffee cup lemon juice
    •2 wedges of garlic
    •salt, pepper


    Execution
    Dice the parsley and mass the garlic. Put the Anthotiro cheese «Mastelo» with the herbs in the mixer and gradually add all the ingredients until the mixture take a united form.
    Put it in the fridge. Serve on tomato slices and garnish with parsley. Alternatively you can serve it on toasted bread as an appetizer.
